1.Working principle of drying oven
A box type drying oven operates by using heating elements to

2. Application
The application range of this box type oven is extremely wide. It
is a drying equipment for
electronic components, medical devices, semiconductors, LED,
optics, college
experiments, medicine and other industries with clean requirements,

drying, curing, aging, constant temperature, experiment, etc.! The
temperature control
device adopts digital display temperature control, which is
eye-catching and equipped
with reliable protection devices. It has a unique high-temperature
filter, and the box body
is fully enclosed. The air entering the studio is repeatedly
laminar filtered by the
high-temperature filter. The air in the box is repeatedly
self-circulated and quickly enters
a low-dust state, meeting the process requirements. The studio is

filled between the shell and
the studio, which has good thermal insulation and heat insulation

instrument PID adjustment, automatic
temperature control, and constant temperature. It is easy and

heater. |
| 2.3 Timer, constant temperature timer: Within the range of 0-99h
(m), timing starts when the temperature in the oven reaches the set
point. When the baking time reaches the set time, the heating
system is automatically shut down. There is a timing buzzer alarm.
The working time can be set according to actual needs, the electric
heater is automatically stopped, and the circulating fan is delayed
to stop. |
